Potatoes Preparation:
If salted fish is left in to soak the day before to lose some of its salt (desalination), changing the water a couple of times. Casseroles
fish to lift the foam in the pot and turn away. Poached in a pot
julienned onion, well chopped peppers and tomatoes. Add a clove of minced garlic and spices (saffron, thyme, bay leaves without giving armor central veins). Once you add all poached fish, give a boil and serve.
Furthermore we add cooked potatoes to a serving time.
