Ingredients:
1 loaf a day before 750 milliliters of milk

160 grams of sugar
A piece of lemon peel 1 cinnamon stick


½ vanilla pod 3-4 eggs olive oil



Development: We
fire a pot with milk, sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and vanilla. Bring to the boil, turn off heat, cover the pot and leave to infuse fragrance ingredients. We reserve the milk to cool, then snuck in and put into a container to be dipped the bread.
Beat eggs until foaming a bit and add two or three tablespoons of the reserved milk and beat again. Cut the bread into slices about an inch and put plenty of oil in a frying pan, but that is not too hot. We bathe
bread slices in milk, we turn them to coat well but not dripping. The pass after the egg and then to the pan. French toast fry both sides until golden and then retired on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Once the toast is fried, sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon. The toast let it cool before tasting.
