Pediatric Boards Score




Ingredients:
250 gr.
chickpeas ¼ kg.
beef 1 / 4 kg of chicken meat

3 potatoes 3 cloves garlic ½

pepper 1 small onion 1 small tomato

1 cup white wine 1 cup water

1 carrot, paprika


pepper Thyme Salt


Laurel Oil.


Prepared
They put the chickpeas to soak overnight to soften. The next day, washed and placed in a pot with meat, salt and water. Once everything is drained stewed and shredded meat. Then fry the meat and beans until crisp and reserve. It makes a separate frying with oil, onion, bell pepper, peeled tomatoes, carrots and garlic, all minced previously and added pepper. Once the frying introduce the paprika, wine, thyme, bay leaf and a cup of water. Later add the meat and chickpeas and leave a few minutes the fire. Finally, fry the diced potatoes and mix.
